Organic and fatty acids

Fatty acids and organic acids offered by Lumar are used in many different formulations of lubricants and industrial fluids.

Fatty acids are of natural origin (vegetable, animal or marine source). These products are linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated. According to raw material origin, their chain length can vary from C6 to C22. Most commonly used fatty acids derive from rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, palm oil or tallow.

• - Palmitic acid
• - Stearic acid
• - Isostearic acid
